- Mission plans and other user-created content
- Uploaded files, including images, ACMI files, audio recordings, and other user-submitted content
- Donation verification timestamps for entitlement/eligibility purposes
- Server and application logs, including IP addresses, retained for up to 30 days
Authentication
Authentication is provided through third-party OAuth providers such as Google and Discord. Passwords are not stored by the Service.
Use of Information
Collected information may be used for legitimate operational purposes, including to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users
- Store and provide Service functionality
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
- Investigate misuse or enforce these Terms
- Verify eligibility for donation-based features

The Service uses only essential authentication and session cookies required for operation.
Third-Party Providers
Infrastructure and processing may be provided by third parties including:
- Cloudflare
- Vercel
- Google Cloud Platform
- UploadThing
- Google / Discord for authentication
These providers may process data as necessary to provide their services.
Data Retention
User data is retained as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service.
Account deletion requests will be honored on a best-effort basis; however, deleted data may persist temporarily in backups, caches, logs, replicated systems, third-party infrastructure, or where deletion is not technically feasible.
Some content may also be retained where ownership or control belongs to another organization, such as a squadron.
Sharing of Information
User information is not sold.
Information may be disclosed:
- To third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Service
- To investigate, prevent, or respond to abuse, fraud, or security issues
- To enforce these Terms

Reasonable efforts may be made to protect user data, but no method of storage or transmission is guaranteed secure. Users provide data at their own risk.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13.
